Three ways to work with us. We build custom software and interfaces. We build and run websites for local businesses. And we advise: consulting, analysis, and rescuing projects that stalled. Every offer is backed by shipped work you can see under Portfolio, and judge for yourself. The first conversation is always free.
Custom software & interfaces
Software, interfaces, and the systems behind them. For custom builds, our floor is $2,500. Our roof is where the industry's floor begins.
WEBSITE RESCUE & REBUILD
Your site is slow, hacked, abandoned by its last developer, or trapped in a decaying WordPress install. We review what is there, extract every word and image with verified fidelity, and rebuild on a modern static stack that loads instantly and cannot be held hostage.
MEMBER PORTALS & SENSITIVE RECORDS
For organizations holding records that actually matter: member files, eligibility documents, private paperwork. Access control enforced at the database row, split visibility (admins see full records, the public sees only what policy allows), deletion and retention rules designed up front, and adversarial break-testing that attacks our own access policies before launch.
CUSTOM APPS & DASHBOARDS
Internal tools, admin panels, client-facing web apps, and public dashboards. Next.js or Astro front ends on Supabase and Postgres, deployed on Vercel. Custom frameworks are not a problem.
DATA & AUTOMATION
We connect the systems you already have and make the boring parts run themselves: scraping, API integration, reporting pipelines, and scheduled syncs that keep data fresh without anyone touching it.

Every custom build fits one of these. What changes is how much is built and how long we stand behind it.
Multiple pieces working together. Authentication, database, admin panel, real user roles, records handled to policy. Most member portals land here.
6 months included. Bug fixes, security patches, and dependency updates.
Care plan $100 a month, optional.
Everything in SYSTEM, wired to the outside world and left running unattended. Multiple integrations, scheduled pipelines, reporting, and audit trails.
9 months included. Everything in SYSTEM coverage, plus we watch the integrations and pipelines and fix them when an outside service changes.
Care plan $200 a month, optional.
Everything we offer, maxed out. Custom framework, custom data layer, whatever the project actually needs. This is our most expensive package. It is still below where most agencies' cheapest quote begins.
12 months included. Everything in PLATFORM coverage, plus priority scheduling on every fix.
Care plan $300 a month, optional.
Coverage means we fix and maintain what we built. New features are new work, quoted the same flat way. When coverage ends, a care plan keeps the same protection going month to month, cancel anytime. Or take it from there yourself. You own the repository either way.

When a number has to be right, we check it against the primary source and show the work.
PROJECT RECOVERY
The developer vanished, the agency folded, the site is half built, or nobody has the passwords. We find out what you actually have, stabilize it, and either finish it or rebuild it on something you control.
How this works
The consult is free and confidential. Bring us the problem before you have a budget. We talk it through, take a first look, and tell you what it needs. We sign NDAs on request.
One number after the consult, based on a written scope. That number does not move. Change the scope and we requote before doing the work. You will never get a surprise invoice.
Custom builds and consulting engagements are paid 50 percent to start and 50 percent when we deliver. Website builds are paid before work begins. Monthly plans bill automatically and can be cancelled any time.
The going rate for this work averages well over $100,000. That means the organizations who need it most never get it built at all. We priced ourselves into that gap on purpose.
Every custom build comes with coverage: 6, 9, or 12 months depending on the package. If something we built breaks, we fix it. Bugs, security patches, dependency updates. After that, an optional care plan keeps it going. New features are new work, quoted the same way.
We serve the underserved. If the price is out of reach, write to us and make the case. We go lower for civic projects and nonprofits, and a limited number of projects each year we do for free. The worst we can say is no.
What we don’t do
We build the software. We don’t build the audience.
We can build you Facebook. We can’t give you Facebook’s user base. We can build the donation platform, not the donors; the marketplace, not the sellers; the dashboard, not the data feeding it if you don’t have one yet.
We also don't do ongoing content writing, social media, or advertising. On custom builds, you own the repository, the hosting, and every account on delivery. That's the point. The one thing we do keep running is the Local Business Websites plan, where hosting and updates are the service, and you can still leave with your domain and your files any time.
