Charles Dowd Jr.
Charlie does everything under one rule: people over profits.
He's the one who writes the letter nobody else is willing to write, puts his own name on it, and asks for better on behalf of coworkers who never asked him to. He's spent years watching capable people get told to wait, and building OSP is partly an answer to that: a place where the work you can do matters more than the line you're standing in.
The photo is a joke. The sleep deprivation is not.

Ben Morcom
Ben Morcom holds an MS in Cybersecurity, an MS in Business Data Analytics, and an MBA, with Security+ and Network+ certifications and a master's in Artificial Intelligence underway. Before that, he spent eight years as a Network Engineer in the U.S. Army, serving at the rank of Sergeant.
He leads security across OSP's civic tools and public infrastructure — the systems that hold citizen-facing data and have to be trustworthy by default, not by audit.
He is also the kind of engineer who quietly takes on work outside his role and never mentions it, which is how most people find out how good he is.

Johnny Araujo
Johnny came up in the wine business, starting as a delivery driver. Working hands-on with clients and distributors alike, he grew the skill that matters most in that trade: earning trust on both sides of the counter. It's what allowed him to rise to run the upper half of Florida, Pensacola to Orlando, and to build a base of operations in Orlando from the ground up, a self-sustaining hub with storage and logistics included.
OSP is where he extends that skill set. As a part owner, he leads marketing the way he learned markets: face to face, starting with the client instead of the pitch. The message stays anchored to what people actually need.
He's the example OSP was built on: the person, not the spot in line.

Special Advisors
Close friends of the team we turn to for advice and guidance.

Charles Dowd Sr
Charles Dowd Sr. brings more than twenty-five years of lending and banking leadership to OSP. He retired as VP Mortgage Sales Officer at Meredith Village Savings Bank, where he spent five years building and developing high-performing loan officers. Before returning to New Hampshire, he held vice president roles at PNC Bank and RBC Bank, advising businesses and families through financing decisions in Florida and California.
A University of New Hampshire graduate in Business Administration, he has spent his career on the side of the table most people find intimidating — explaining how the money actually works and what the terms really mean. He advises OSP on finance and organizational growth, and writes often about the problem he cares most about lately: how New Hampshire builds housing that a family earning a median income can actually afford.
He is also the founder's father, and holds the only advisory position at OSP that predates the company by thirty-odd years.

James Dowd
James Dowd served as a combat medic with the 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. A combat veteran, he brings years of leadership experience earned where it counts most — keeping people alive, calm, and moving under conditions that don't forgive hesitation.
He advises OSP on leadership, team structure, and making decisions with incomplete information and no time.
Has mentored the founder since the day he was born, always giving the advice Charlie didn't want to hear but needed to — helping build the values of integrity, respect, and appreciation that the company now carries.
